Bubble bag use steps:
Note: If you are using an electric mixing device, we recommend mixing in a separate bucket before pouring the mixture into your Bubble Bags and allowing it to settle.

In addition to the Bubble Bag kit, you will need ice, water, a spoon (or a mixing device such as a hand mixer), a tea towel and a bucket (the size will depend on the kit used).

Our bubble bag systems provide you with up to eight layers of industrial-grade filtration, allowing you to extract essential oils from virtually any plant.

1. Line the bucket with your Bubble Bags, starting with the 25 micron bag and ending with the 220 micron bag.
2. Fill the bucket with enough cold water to cover the bottom of the Bubble Bags (about halfway full).
3. Add your dry or frozen plant trimmings.
4. Add enough ice to almost fill your bucket to the top.
5. Stir your mix for 15 to 20 minutes, adding ice if necessary to keep the water cold. A 50/50 mix of ice and water is ideal.
6. Pull out your Bubble Bags one by one, draining them into the bucket.
7. As you pull each Bubble Bag, turn it inside out after it is finished draining to collect your herbal extract.
8. Gently press the excess moisture out of your herbal extract using your pressing screen and a dish towel.

Q2: Do you provide samples?

Yes. Samples can be sent and you need to pay for the sample and air freight first. Then if the sample passed your test, sample costs will be REFUNDED during the bulk order.

Shipping can be handled by your agent or I will send it to you via DHL, UPS, etc.

Q3: Can you make my own design?

Yes, we offer complete OEM/ODM service. We can help to change color, size, logo and others as your requirements. We can also produce according to your samples or technical design drawings, and we will keep your key information confidential.

Q4: What are your payment terms?

Generally, we accepted T/T, 30% deposit and 70% against the copy of B/L.

Amounts related to samples are to be paid before shipment.

Q5: How about the delivery time?

Generally, it takes 10 to 30 days after receiving advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
